These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the GLOBAL ANDAIMES, LDA website. The website provides institutional information and contact channels, but does not replace a proposal, contract, technical instruction or project-specific safety assessment.

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Use and the policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree with any term, stop using the website. Specific services or projects may be subject to separate contractual terms, which prevail for the relevant engagement in case of conflict.
2. Institutional information and quotations
The website presents scaffolding rental and sales, assembly, inspection, commissioning, rigging, rope access, 2D and 3D projects, manpower and training services. Information is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
Submitting a form, WhatsApp message or quotation request does not guarantee availability, price, timing, acceptance or contract formation. Any engagement requires project review, company confirmation and a valid written or other contractual agreement specifying scope, requirements, responsibilities, price and applicable conditions.
3. Safety and technical responsibility
Website information does not replace a technical design, site inspection, risk assessment, work plan or instructions from qualified professionals. Users must not base an operational or safety decision solely on website content. Projects must be reviewed and approved by competent professionals before execution.
